The message is self-explanatory and highly necessary in public restrooms world over . It's amazing to see how people thoughtlessly pull out multiple paper towels . The waste encouraged by the fact that the paper towels are free .

Brilliant!
may be put a timer on the length of the paper you draw which would automatically give you an electric shock if you exceed the length.. preferably the shock effect would be effective if it is given on the same part on which you were going to use the paper.
